I have designed a board with two panels.
Panel 1 is 7mm thick for a border.
Panel 2 is 3cm thick and constitutes the main body of the board.
The board design shows the correct final dimensions of 45mm thick, 40.4cm long and 31.4cm high. The generated cutting instructions, however, have ignored the 3cm thickness of panel 2 and told me to cut everything at 7mm; this would mean that my final board will only be 10.5cm wide instead of 40.4cm! Quite a difference!
The final board design also shows a border on one edge so that when pieces are flipped they do not line up.If you buy this software, double check all the cutting instructions carefully!
